Recognition by one’s peers is a measurement of success and, more importantly, independent assessment on whether we are upholding the high standards of ethics and practice that we set for ourselves at Christie Law Group. We recognize that you aren’t hiring a peer rating, but it’s nice to know that your attorneys are well respected in the legal community. Below are a few of those peer review ratings of which we are particularly proud.
The premier world rating service for lawyers, consisting exclusively of peer review, which they term “Peer Review Ratings.”
Christie Law Group holds the highest rating possible – AV. For the past 20 years Mr. Christie has held this rating. The A represents a rating of legal ability at the level of “very high to preeminent.” The V is a rating of general ethical standards – something central to our practice – and represents a finding of “very high.” For an explanation of the ratings and how they are achieved, visit www.martindale.com.
A regional publication widely read and respected across the entire legal community, it presents an annual peer review rating of lawyers in Washington State.
WL&P has rated Mr. Christie a “Super Lawyer” every year since 2000. In 2006 Jason Rosen was selected as a “Rising Star”, a limited group representing only 2.5 percent of the State’s lawyers. In 2007 CLG’s Tom Miller was also selected as a “Rising Star.”
Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel
The FDCC, celebrating its 75 year, is one of the nation’s premier defense trial lawyer organization with a national membership of exceptional private lawyers and corporate counsel. The Federation describes itself as follows:”Composed of leaders in the legal community, Federation members have been judged by their peers to have achieved professional distinction, and are committed to promoting knowledge, fellowship, professionalism and the course of justice.”
Mr. Christie was selected for membership in 2009 and has been active in the organization since.
