In this particularly sensitive area, Robert L. We have spent much of the past year volunteering our services to help the families of four police officers killed in the line of duty during Washington’s worst year for law enforcement deaths. We understand the challenges facing individual police officers and their departments in providing this vital public service.  Having tried scores of cases, handled scores of inquest proceedings, and argued major constitutional issues before the Washington appellate courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and two cases on briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court, this area of practice is our stock in trade.
