Also a member (partner) of the firm, Jason is a graduate of Colorado College (B.A. 1991) and Willamette University College of Law (J.D. 1996). Selected in multiple years as a Rising Star by Washington Law & Politics, Jason provides insight and intelligence to all areas of the firm, most specifically professional liability, product liability, and civil rights defense. In federal and state courts, Jason has consistently won favorable decisions for the firm’s clients, at both the trial and appellate levels. As a recipient of a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Willamette Law’s Center for Dispute Resolution, Jason takes pride in diligently representing the firm’s clients, while seeking beneficial, creative resolutions whenever possible. In July 2009 Jason completed the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy, an intensive 7-day trial advocacy course held at Stanford University. The IADC Trial Academy is one of the oldest and most well respected programs for enhancing defense oriented trial advocacy skills.
