After graduating from the University of Montana (B.A. 1995) and the University of Denver College of Law (J.D. 2003), Tom joined CLG when it was founded in 2005 and has readily established himself as a key member of the team with an emphasis on civil rights defense, death inquests, and employment discrimination. Tom has tried cases in state and federal courts, and has appeared before the Washington State Court of Appeals and Ninth Circuit. Tom has also been selected as a Rising Star by Washington Law & Politics.
