Megan is a battle-tested litigator who focuses her complex litigation practice on civil rights, product, professional, and municipal liability cases. She has extensive experience defending major corporations and local entities against claims involving product liability and catastrophic personal injury. Known for her creative strategic approach and case analysis, Megan has significant experience managing all aspects of the litigation process through trial. Results-oriented, she prides herself on providing solutions and resolutions to clients at all stages of the litigation process, from negotiation, to dispositive dismissals, to trial. Megan is a prolific writer and was selected for and completed Sedgwick LLP’s 2015 Trial Academy in Dallas, Texas and the American Bar Association’s TIPS/ABOTA National Trial Academy at the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, two intensive six-day courses developing trial advocacy skills. She was recently selected as an ABA TIPS Fellow. She is also a proud alum and volunteer coach for Seattle Preparatory School’s Mock Trial Team, the 2014 National Champions.
